VMASOFT provides software development, ERP, POS, inventory, purchase, production, dispatch, reporting, integration and support services. Subscribed software is licensed on a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable basis.

Customers must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse services, bypass security, upload malicious code, infringe rights, send unlawful spam or use third-party integrations contrary to their policies.
5. Fees and taxes
Fees, billing periods, taxes and payment dates are stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, order form or agreement.
6. Customer data
Customers retain their rights in submitted data and authorise VMASOFT to process it as required to deliver and secure the service.
7. Third-party services
Integrations, including Meta and WhatsApp, are subject to third-party availability, approval, terms and policies. VMASOFT cannot guarantee third-party account approval or uninterrupted service.
8. Availability and changes
Services may be affected by maintenance, internet failures, security incidents or third-party outages. We may update services for security, performance or compatibility.
9. Intellectual property
VMASOFT retains rights in its software, designs, documentation, trademarks, methods and source code.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMASOFT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Specific liability limits may be stated in a written customer agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction subject to applicable law.
