How to submit a request
Email privacy@vmasoft.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Include
- Your name, registered email and phone number.
- Your company or organisation.
- The VMASOFT product or integration used.
- A description of the account or data to delete.
Verification
We may verify ownership of the email, phone number or business account. Never send passwords, OTPs, API keys or full payment-card information.
Timeframe
We aim to acknowledge valid requests within 7 working days and complete eligible requests within 30 days.
Information we may retain
Some records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Backup copies expire under the normal retention cycle.
Customer-controlled accounts
Where data is controlled by your employer or another VMASOFT customer, contact that organisation’s administrator first. We may need its authorisation.
Meta or WhatsApp information
Provide the phone number and approximate communication date. We can delete information under our control; data independently controlled by Meta, WhatsApp or a customer is subject to their procedures.
