1. Scope
Refund eligibility depends on the quotation, order form, subscription plan and work already completed.
2. Software and subscriptions
Subscription fees may be refundable only where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. Used subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
3. Implementation and custom work
Setup, implementation, integration, customisation, training, hosting and professional-service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun or been delivered.
4. Request process
Email billing@vmasoft.in with the invoice number, company name and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
5. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
